Backyard Discovery - Backyard Discovery (Thursdays) Do you ever wonder what lives under a rock? What makes the plants grow? Join us as we discover all this and more! Each day we will go on an adventure in our big backyard, the Ashland State Park where we will examine leaves, turn over rocks, handle bugs, splash in a stream, plant seeds and more. Please dress accordingly for the weather, we will be outside daily unless there is thunder or lightning.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Drop In 5/9 A Vinyasa Flow Yoga class taught from an anatomical and aligned standpoint. Great for all levels, even better for beginners to help break or avoid improper postural patterns. The class will have a therapeutic approach amid focus on bringing harmony between mind and body.
