Field Hockey League Refund Policies


These are the only reasons for refunds:

1. League does not meet minimum enrollment and is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

2. A refund will be issued, less a $10 administrative withdrawal fee, if a player withdraws from the league after notifying the Recreation Department by July 10.

3. If you withdraw after July 10 there will be a $32 uniform fee in addition to the $10 administrative withdrawal fee.

4. If you withdraw after the September 1, no refund or credit will be issued

5. A refund will be issued, if a player is unable to participate due to a prolonged illness or injury (3 or more weeks). This request must be made in writing to the Recreation Director prior to the end of the program session and must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
