Flag Football League Refund Procedures


These are the only reasons for refunds:

1. League does not meet minimum enrollment and is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

2. A refund will be issued, less a $10 administrative withdrawal fee, if a player withdraws from the league after notifying the Recreation Department by July 31.

3. If you withdraw after August 1 there will be a $25 uniform fee in addition to the $10 administrative withdrawal fee.

4. If you withdraw after the season begins, no refund or credit will be issued

5. A refund will be issued, if a player is unable to participate due to a prolonged illness or injury (3 or more weeks). This request must be made prior to the end of the program session and must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
