Summer Program Refund Policy


Summer Program Withdrawals

There is a $25 fee for withdrawal from any summer program
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR WITHDRAWALS AFTER JUNE 1

Payment Plan Refunds
If at any point you are no longer able to make your monthly payments, please notify the Recreation Office immediately so your child’s spot in the program can be made available to the first person on the waiting list. You will be issued a refund for the installments that have already been charged, less the $50 non refundable deposit. There are NO REFUNDS for any summer program after June 1 unless there is a doctor’s note provided to the Ashland Recreation Department. 

Bundle Cancellations
There are NO price adjustments for bundle plans, it is a 6 week commitment!  If you wish to drop any weeks you will be withdrawn and refunded (less the withdrawal fee) for the ENTIRE BUNDLE. You must then register individually for the remaining weeks you want….if space is available! Need to miss a week? You can donate your unused weeks to a child that otherwise would not be able to attend, contact the Recreation Office for more information.
