Yoga isn't just for adults! Our Youth Yoga sessions offer a vibrant, supportive space for participants ages 7 and up to explore movement, build physical strength, and learn powerful tools for managing stress.
In this class, we move beyond the traditional "quiet" yoga stereotype. We combine creative flow sequences with balance challenges, breathing techniques, and mindfulness games. Whether your child is a complete beginner or a young athlete looking to improve flexibility, they’ll find a welcoming community here.

Program Details
- Ages: 7+ (All skill levels welcome!)
- What to Bring: Comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and a yoga mat (loaner mats available upon request).
