ARC chalk

ARC is a fun and exciting program for children age 4 - entering grade 7. Our program is designed to give all children the ability to participate in a wide variety of exciting activities and events with the opportunity to make new friends. Each day the children will participate in a variety of activities such as sports, nature, arts & crafts, letter boxing, STEM and more. One program per child and should be worn on field trip days. Additional t-shits may be purchased for $10 each.

  • THE RATIO OF STAFF TO CHILD WILL BE 1:5 (AGES 4-6 ) AND 1:10 (AGES 7+)
  • LUNCH IS NOT PROVIDED AND REFRIGERATION IS NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO USE THE RESTROOM INDEPENDENTLY
  • ALL CHILDREN WILL BE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW ALL ESTABLISHED RULES
  • THE DIRECTOR MAY ASK THAT YOUR CHILD BE KEPT HOME FOR SERIOUS VIOLATIONS OF RULES OR WHEN BEHAVIOR INTERFERES WITH THE RIGHTS AND SAFETY OF OTHER CHILDREN, STAFF AND TOWN PROPERTY 
  • THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY ABSENCES OR WITHDRAWAL DURING THE PROGRAM
  • $25 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR SWITCHING SESSIONS AFTER JUNE 1
  • THERE IS A $50 FEE FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM ANY SUMMER PROGRAM
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR WITHDRAWALS AFTER JUNE 1
Every member of our staff is trained in First Aid, CPR, AED and has passed a CORI and SORI background check. The 2025 summer day program will begin on Monday, July 7 and end on Friday, August 15 but the memories will last a lifetime!
 
Extended Care is available for an additional charge(daily/weekly):
     Early (7:30 - 8:45) $15/$65
     Late (4:00 - 5:30) $20/$90
